Start my lease register- What you receive
- A register of the dates in your leases and amendments, each with the clause it comes from, for you to confirm; email reminders for the dates you confirm; calendar and spreadsheet exports.
- The complete price
- $149 a month. The leases are the same ones each month; the fee doesn't add leases. Renews monthly until you cancel.
- What to have ready
- Leases and their amendments in English — up to five leases and 150 pages in all — as PDF, DOCX, TXT or CSV files, or as JPEG, PNG or WebP images of the pages; the document reader reads scans and photos as well as typed text.
- Your team's responsibilities
- Checking each date against its clause, deciding what to do, and sending any notice.
- Refunds and cancellation
- Full refund of the first month within 14 days of the register's delivery if you ask, once per customer. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. A month with a missed delivery is credited without your asking.

Before you pay
Your documents are checked first and you see which could be read. A lease that can't be read isn't sold; if a paid bundle turns out not to be readable, it's fixed within 14 days or the first payment is refunded in full.
Any U.S. business whose documents or records the product can process may buy. Current coverage is stated on the supported scope page.

Who sees my documents?
The automated document reader reads them and our hosting provider stores your workspace; no document is sent to support with a question. The service privacy notice names each provider.
What happens on renewal?
The same leases, another month of reminders, the same price; a price change would apply only from a renewal at least 30 days after we tell you.
